Our BC head office location is seeking full-time Marketing Coordinator to support out growing
client base.


  • Plan development projects
  • To analyze, develop and implement communication and promotion strategies and information programs
  • To analyze advertising needs and develop appropriate advertising and marketing plans, publicize activities and events
  • To maintain media relations on behalf of businesses.
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers
  • Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articles
  • Answer written and oral inquiries
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
  • Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
  • Gather, research and prepare communications material
  • Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches presentations, Website content and press releases
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies
  • Develop marketing strategies
  • Design market research questionnaires
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments
  • Design, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that publicize activities and events on behalf of businesses, governments and other organizations
  • Develop media strategies and public relations activities


  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
  • Computer and technology knowledge with MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and WordPress
  • Digital photography and video editing experience is a plus
  • Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • Understanding of essential business and marketing concepts
  • A team player able to work collaboratively with colleagues, but also works well independently


  • Marketing: 2 years (required)


  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or a related discipline


  • Experience participating in trade shows
  • Experience in medical industry


  • French (required) 
  • Mandarin (required) 


Full-time, Permanent


  • Salary: $29.00 per hour

  • Expected hours: 40 per week
